We want you to feel confident and glamorous in your NADINE MERABI piece; if it is not quite right, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, in their original condition, and with all designer tags and security ribbons still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold your garment in its original branded packaging and place it inside the shipping box to ensure it arrives back to us safely.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
